Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acknowledgement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and Scroll Block, and not with Apple. Scroll Block is solely responsible for the App and its content.

2. Scope of License

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the Scroll Block App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Feature Usage

Scroll Block provides on-device filtering of adult content using Apple's Network Extension framework. No filtering system is perfect. We do not guarantee that all explicit content will be blocked.

4. Community Guidelines (Zero Tolerance Policy)

Scroll Block includes a community feature for accountability. To ensure a safe environment, we enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content.

• No Objectionable Content: You may not post content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, or obscene.
• No Abusive Behavior: Harassment or bullying of other users is strictly prohibited.
• Moderation: We moderate all user-generated content. Any user found violating these terms will have their content removed and their account ejected immediately (within 24 hours of a report).
• Reporting & Blocking: Users have the ability to block abusive users and report objectionable content directly within the app.

5. Intellectual Property

The Scroll Block app and brand are owned by the developer. You may not copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

6. Liability

Scroll Block is provided “as is.” We are not liable for device issues or content not properly blocked. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service without notice.

7. Termination

We may revoke access immediately if these Terms are violated, particularly regarding Community Guidelines.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Subscriptions & Payments

Scroll Block offers an auto-renewing subscription ("Scroll Block Premium") to access advanced features.

• Subscription Length: Yearly (12 Months) or Monthly (1 Month).
• Price: $29.99/year or $9.99/month (prices may vary by region).
• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the yearly subscription price.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
